  • chicken breast (4 oz or 112g cooked)
  • Stubbs Sweet Heat Bbq Sauce (1 tbsp or 16g)
  • Organic Supersweet Corn, frozen (23g)
  • Red Onion-raw (25g)
  • Finely Shredded Mozzerella Cheese (28g)
  • Litehouse Home Style Ranch Dressing (1 tbsp or 15 ml)
  • Raw Celery Sticks (about 1 cup)
  • English Cucumber- Seedless (35g)
  • Franks Red Hot Sauce (optional)
  • Fresh Cilantro leaves
  • Mama Mia’s Thin & Crispy Individual Pizza Crust (full crust= 2 servings) Pre-baked


  • Spread bbq sauce on full pizza crust
  • Top with shredded cheese and 2 oz or 56g of diced chicken (slice the other 56g for eating on the side w/ hot sauce)
  • Next, layer corn and onion (reserve the cilantro for placing after pizza is finished baking)
  • Bake pizza according to directions on crust package, usually 7-9 minutes at 450 degrees
  • Sprinkle pizza with fresh cilantro leaves after it has finished baking and just before serving
  • Enjoy with sliced cucumbers, the remaining 56g of chicken (sliced), and celery along with ranch and hot sauce
