Hi, my name is Alisa. I am a wife, mama to my 2 year old son, and a full time Speech Language Pathologist. I decided to make a change in my health and fitness routine at the beginning of January and joined Copper State Fit! My sister had been working with Copper State Fit already and I was so inspired by her health changes that I decided I wanted that opportunity for myself. I struggle to find balance between working full time and wanting to spend as much time with my little one as I can, so nutrition and exercises always came in second.I found Copper State Fit to be the perfect balance, I could focus on my nutrition first and fit in my exercises when I could.
