It’s not uncommon to hear potential clients mutter things like: “I am too old to lose weight… my metabolism is too slow… I don’t have time… I don’t know what to eat… I’m not a good cook… I don’t have time to meal prep… I’m not good with tracking food…”  and on and on and on!  When I hear one of those excuses, I love to bring up the success of Janice Lacotta.

Let me paint the picture for you. Janice is in her late 60’s. She has tried every “diet” I know of … and probably more ha ha! She is a self-employed business owner that wakes up at 3am to open shop and often goes to bed after 10pm. This is usually after closing up then shopping/ prepping for the next day of business.  Janice works ridiculous hours!

Janice had to learn how to use MyFitnessPal. She had to learn how track macros and meal prep.  She had to learn how to properly to use the equipment at the gym.  Yet, Janice never let any of these ordinary excuses get in her way.  In fact, Janice did exactly as she was coached to do EVERY SINGLE WEEK for over a year.  Yes, Janice is my mother-in-law. But, that didn’t make her journey, or the obstacles, any easier.  She trusted us… and she trusted the process. And, the results speak for themselves.

Here is what Janice had to say:

Well I will start by saying I know Adam and Rene very well! Rene is my beautiful daughter and Adam is my Son-in- law.

I was very excited to see Adam start his business, Copper State FIT, in a field where he was so passionate to help people become healthier in body and mind.

Adam never insisted I try his program. But, once while I was visiting, we were discussing weight loss and various diets and he offered to coach me if I gave the program a try. He simply asked that I commit 100% for one month. Well I hopped on board and gave it one solid month and then eleven more. And a year later… I AM A Believer!!

The coaching provided was very encouraging. I was guided through what has been a great ride. The program was really fun for me once I figured out how to successfully use MyFitnessPal and how to calculate macros. I am so excited to say I have lost a total of 50 lbs and over 13 inches on this program. I will be 67 in December and I can honestly say I feel and look better than I have in years. I owe all of this to Adam and the program. I have found a new lifestyle of eating and living. My next goal is to Tone by body since I have lost the weight.
