Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground turkey 93/7% fat
  • 100 g Chopped White Onion
  • 255 g Chopped kale *baby kale can be substituted
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz can (no salt added)
  • 1 can Great Northern beans 15oz can
  • 7 g Ground Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 5 g onion powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Red Pepper Cayenne Optional
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 32 fl oz Chicken Broth used Pacific Organic Free Range Low Sodium

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, set heat to Medium High and cook ground turkey along with chopped onion. Add all dry seasonings
    Add chopped kale and once wilted, turn heat to Low and add chicken stock, diced tomatoes (do not drain) and the Northern beans (drain but do not rinse)
    Let soup simmer for 15 minutes or longer for all the flavors to meld. Enjoy!
