  • 112 g Chicken Breast
  • 48 g Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Franks Red Hot Wings Sauce Buffalo
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic powder
  • 45 g Fat Free Cream Cheese (room temp or microwave 15-20 sec to soften)
  • 20 g Celery leaves chopped (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken and shred
    Add remaining ingredients until well combined
    Serve with raw veggies such as celery, bell peppers and/or baked tortilla chips
