CSF Buffalo Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • chicken breast- 4oz or 112grams
  • Fage 0% Plain Greek Yogurt- 43grams
  • Franks Red Hot Wings Sauce Buffalo- 2 tbsp
  • Ground Black Pepper- 1/4 tsp
  • Onion Powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Granulated Garlic (powder)- 1 tsp
  • Fat Free Cream Cheese- 45 grams (room temp or microwave 15-20 sec to soften)
  • Celery leaves chopped- 20 grams (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Cook chicken and shred
  • Add remaining ingredients until well combined
  • Serve with raw veggies such as celery, bell peppers and/or baked tortilla chips
