Janet was one of the clients I would refer to as a “serial dieter”.  This is usually someone that is always “on a diet” in one way or another. Never in a position of maintaining. Self admittedly, she was usually successful at losing weight but had not learned how to keep it off. This time she was determined to find the solution that would become somewhat of a lifestyle. Something she could sustain.

I am happy to say that, with us, Janet lost about 25 lbs, over 10% body fat plus she took off 9 and 3/4 inches from her waist and hips. And, the most exciting part, we are transitioning Janet back to maintenance with a metabolic reset/ reverse diet and incorporating more weight training so she can maintain the lifestyle and the weight loss she achieved.

Here’s what Janet had to say:

 When I started with Copper State FIT 6 months ago I was a repeat offender of a weight loss program for
37+ years. I always lost the weight, but gained it back. I never really learned how to make it fit into my
lifestyle.

I’m so happy to have found Adam and CSF! I struggle with seasonal depression, and had some tough days around the holidays. Adam never gave up on me, even when I was ready to give up on myself. He gave me some good advice to get out and get some direct sunlight. It really helped. I was also having a lot of cravings for sugar, so he dialed that back. Both of these changes helped me get through the
holidays with a lot less stress this year – and no weight gain.

The group chat was also invaluable during this time. The other members and coaches are so positive and encouraging. It really helped me get through some tough days. I’m at my goal and I couldn’t be happier! I’m pleased to be learning how to make this my lifestyle and maintain the weight I want to be at to feel good.

Adam also helped me change up my fitness routine by programming my workouts. And, I’ve lost a lot of inches in addition to the weight. I think the most important thing for me is that I FEEL HEALTHY! I feel like what I’m eating is nourishing my body. I’m eating real food – and real food is way more filling and satisfying than “diet” food! Another great benefit to eating real food is that I started the program with a lot of chronic pain, and it’s gone.

I would recommend CSF to anyone who is ready to make a change in their life and is ready to do it the
right way!
