Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Chicken Legs & Thighs (lean, boneless) We purchased ours from Costco
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Avocado Oil *Olive oil can be substituted
- 16 g Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 25 ml Coconut Aminos
- 20 ml Lime juice
- Lime Zest (optional)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 5 g Ginger Paste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place chicken in a gallon ziploc bag and set aside
- Place all other ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine
- Pour sauce into ziploc bag with chicken and seal. Massage bag with your hands to fully cover chicken in sauce
- Marinate for a minimum of 1 hour but as long as 24 hours.
- Cook on outdoor grill set to medium low heat for 4-6 minutes each side

** For Green Sauce shown in picture, we used-
15 g low fat mayo
15 g avocado
fresh cilantro leaves to taste
diced jalepenos to taste
onion powder to taste
lime juice to taste
Mixed all ingredients together to form a sauce
