CSF Peruvian Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Legs & Thighs (lean, boneless) We purchased ours from Costco
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil Olive oil can be substituted
- 16 g Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 25 ml Coconut Aminos
- 25 ml lime juice Additional Lime Zest (optional)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 5 g Ginger Paste (or freshly grated ginger)

** For Green Sauce shown in picture, we used:
- 15 g low fat mayo
- 15 g avocado
- fresh cilantro leaves to taste
- diced jalapenos to taste
- onion powder to taste
- lime juice to taste
- Mixed all ingredients together to form a sauce
