Before Copper State FIT I struggled with yo-yo weight gain. I’d gain and then I’d lose and I’d gain back. I never quite got to where I wanted to be and I couldn’t figure out why. I wanted it, so I thought, but permanent weight loss wasn’t happening. Growing up, I was always participating in sports; I was an athlete. But, once I went to college and into the workforce I was no longer as active. I would go back and forth between workouts; I tried all sorts of “diets” plans. Yet, I always reverted back to old habits.
One year, I decided to run a half-marathon. Then, in the summer of the following year I was my heaviest weight of 220. I was able to get down to 185 myself with a regular workout program but, I couldn’t seem to lose anymore. I was maintaining but not losing the weight I wanted.
I tried several things; I had done HCG, counted calories, done shake programs, South Beach diet, Body Blueprinting and so many others. Then, I was referred to Copper State FIT.
With Copper State FIT I never felt deprived and I noticed the results immediately as long as I followed my plan. I was losing on average 2lbs a week. I felt amazing! My clothes were fitting better. The scale was moving. My confidence soared!
When I hit a plateau, we did a “reverse diet” in the middle of my journey (reverse dieting is a process of slowly adding MORE calories to my diet instead of eating less) and I got to my lowest of 143!
I had some major life changes, that were all positive, as well as an ACL surgery. Even with the stress from the life changes and reduced activity from recovery, I was able to maintain around 165. Then, I still was able to get back down to 147 in time for my wedding!
While working with CSF, I learned so much! And, I have also learned that my “realistic weight”, which allows me to live with more food flexibility and still be healthy and happy, is closer to 155. I am now pregnant and my coach (Adam) has helped me through the beginning steps of that and given me the confidence to do it on my own until I want to lose the baby weight. Lol!
With CSF, I got to the smallest I have ever been that I can remember. I felt amazing and so confident! I looked and felt amazing on my wedding day and now I’m learning about maintaining with healthy habits and ideal weight gain though my pregnancy.
Had I not made the decision to work with Copper State FIT, I would still probably be the same; going back and forth from diet to diet, losing and slowly gaining back. Sticking to something for 6 weeks and then falling off track again and again.
I feel that investing with Copper State FIT was the best money I’ve ever spent! It’s not cheap, but I’ve spent SO MUCH money on SO many other things (gyms, shake programs, etc.). And, this one FINALLY worked! Not to mention, when you work with CSF, you are supporting a small business with an entrepreneur that really cares and is so knowledgeable and helpful.
