When we connected with Ashley, we met a driven, full-time working mom of 4 that was as busy as they come. Yet, that wasn’t stopping her from becoming her best self!

On top of working and being a mom, Ashley was putting in an hour at the gym, 5-6x each week, with a mix of cardio and strength training. She was also 3 months in to tracking her calories and macros on her own and was beginning to see some good results. However, Ashley wanted to supercharge her progress and as she put it “find what really works for my body type in regards to food and workouts”.

We laid out the plan and Ashley did the rest. The end result; Ashley lost 22 lbs, 10.5% body fat and 10.75″ from her hips and waist. But, what’s under the surface is where the real changes took place.

Here’s what Ashley had to say:

So I’ve always been pretty active and healthy. After my divorce I found sanity in working out. After about 2 years of working out I really wasn’t seeing the results in my body that I wanted. I had heard about counting macros and saw a post regarding Copper State FIT and decided to get the free consultation. It was definitely something I wanted to do and to get the results I was looking for!

It’s been such an amazing journey.. with high and lows that I’m so glad were part of my journey. I had huge support from my coach as well as a group of people doing what I was doing and we were able to cheer each other on. I found a love for CrossFit and food and balance in every aspect of my life and I’m so grateful for where I am and my new found healthy lifestyle.

This program helped me find more self-love and the strength to get through some hard things I’ve experienced in my life. I love who I am and what this program and group of people have done for me and I now have the tools to continue my journey and continue to love myself and be successful and enjoy life!
