The way I think about, prepare, or eat meals is totally different. I had no idea I could drop 20 lbs without starving or being able to work out that much. I used to try to eat healthy for a couple meals and then go completely over board on the next few and try to “out-exercise” it at the gym. This has been such a blessing because I would be feeling miserable about the way I look on top of everything else if I hadn’t started to be accountable for what exactly I was putting into my body. I will recommend this program to any of my friends who ask what I’m doing!
